From biology to chemistry to astrology, the Earth is filled with riddles and surprises. Everyday, new information is discovered that reveals the secrets of our world and opens our minds to more possibilities and concerns.
Scientific topics including nature, technology, health, and the environment encompass a never-ending pool of intelligence that allows us to learn and grow.
So help to shed a ray of light onto the vast wonders and mysteries of the physical world on our new site for scientific content, Scienceray.

Triond has been a unique experience for me.They have always provided a platform for the writers irrespective of nationality, caste, creed and background.Though I have been writing on Triond for a few days only but I have 11 published articles which shows that they have a helping hand extended towards everybody.
I wish Scienceray a great future with a lot of name and fame.
Rajasir.
Well, I’ve noticed that the ‘recently published’ list is back on with a vengence.
I looked in ‘explore’ and saw, not 10, not 20,not even 30, but 40 articles recently published.
And not only that, did I also notice that there are categories for text, photos, video and audio.
Thanks Triond, this is even better than the old one!
Why do I have that green thingy at the top of my comment? I’ve always wanted to put a picture there but didn’t know how to, and was afraid to ask incase I looked like a fool.
Please do not put astrology writings in a web-site dedicated to science. Astrology belongs in philosophy or maybe religion, it is not science.
Thank you.
I hope there will be a section for quantum physics or mechanics.
HI Editor, Are we going to be able to submit our articles to Yahoo Buzz soon? This seems to be the site of the moment right now.
I have to agree with Bkummi re the term ‘Astrology’, tho I think in this case it’s likely the author is confused re the difference between Astrology and Atronomy – I get it all the time being an avid amatuer astronomer (my favourite pastime being observing and noting occultations – nothing to do with the occult, but the observations of asteroids/pieces of rock that pass between our point of view and a distant star, blocking out the light and so giving the scientific world a better idea of size, distance, speed and trajectory of these sometimes very close encountering pieces of space-rocks!)
More on Astronomy – less on butt-kicking! (and Astrology – which has no basis in science.)
One thing triond could do is to regulate the comments or at least have a guideline for authors to check the cooments on their pages. A lot of unintelligent folks leave profane and racist comments, and I don’t think that a site like triond should have a place for such indecency.
Max- You can delete unwanted comments by going to Content-> Comments-> delete.
