As a matter of fact, I have talked with MANY people who have the same problem. It doesn't matter if we try to use the Triond Credential box or not, it simply will not go through. You might want to go with the standard comment boxes with CAPTCHA and leave the Triond checkbox off so more people can comment. Just a suggestion.
