Over the last day, there was a problem inserting images directly from your computer files into Triond’s Online Editor. It was just solved and everything should be back to normal now.

Due to a technical problem, the Online Editor’s Insert Image feature is currently not working properly. However, while you are temporarily unable to upload image files directly from your computer, you may still insert images using the ‘Paste URL’ feature.
In order to use the ‘Paste URL’ feature, you must first upload your image files to any image hosting website, such as Picable (via Triond’s Submit Media tab), then paste the URL of the published image into the the Online Editor’s Insert Image window field, marked: From the web, paste the URL of the image.
The other way of working around this problem is to simply use the “Get Image Suggestions” button located to the right of the Online Editor’s Article Body field.
Our engineering team is working on solving this problem. I apologize for the temporary inconvenience, but we hope to have this problem solved as soon as possible.
There was a problem submitting content for the last 15 hours. It was just solved and everything should be back to normal. No data was lost.
It was one of these little things that you do in the back office (with intent to improve the service), which cause a chain reaction which in the end, affects all kind of functionalities that you didn’t think it would. In this case, submitting content. As soon as we discovered it, we worked intensely to resolve the issue and I am happy to say now that it was resolved.

Today we added another new feature to your Triond profile page called the ‘Find Me On’ widget.
Many of you were asking for options to give links to your other social media accounts and blogs. We saw you were already posting your links on the About Me section and so we decided it was time to create a designated and organized area for this.
The ‘Find Me On’ widget allows you to link to your Twitter, Facebook, StumbleUpon, Digg and Blogger accounts in a user friendly manner.
To use it, just drag the ‘Find Me On’ widget to the area you want your links to appear, click on the wrench icon and enter your username for each website you use.
Make sure that the username you enter for Facebook is your vanity url name. For example, if your vanity url is www.facebook.com/josephsmith then enter ‘josephsmith’ in the widget.
Blogger usernames are found at the beginning of your blog’s url: [your name].blogspot.com. So if your blogger url is joe.blogspot.com, you’ll need to enter ‘joe’ as your blogger username.

Thanks to improvements made to our collecting system, we are happy to announce that your payments will now be available by the tenth of the month. This new pay date officially starts today!
Payments for earnings earned through the last day of July were sent today. Please check your selected payment method for additional information.
All our PayPal payees who have accumulated more than $0.50 in the last month, check your PayPal account. If you’re a Western Union or check payee, and you’ve accumulated more that $50.00 in your account, we’ve sent your payment as well. The Western Union payees will receive an email with a transfer number shortly. For those who receive a check, look out for a Triond envelope in your mailbox over the next couple of weeks.
Everything should be back to normal now. Content and Earning views are displaying data as usual.
Again – there was no data loss whatsoever. Your views, comments, likes and earnings were being logged during the time our engineers took care of the problems and all should be displaying correctly now.
The only thing that some of you may still notice is that today’s earning ‘disappeared’. Don’t worry, missing earnings data will be restored in the next few hours.

Due to a technical problem in one of our servers, the Content Summary, My content and all Payment views are currently displaying no data.
Please don’t panic… All of your published content is still out there, showing and generating views, comments, likes and earnings as usual, and they are all logged on your behalf. Also, all of your earnings data are still in tact. It just doesn’t show on your Triond dashboard.
Our engineering team is working on solving this problem. I apologize for the temporary inconvenience. Be rest assured that we are doing everything we can in order to restore data display to your Triond dashboards as soon as possible.
