Sites Outage

We’re currently experiencing outage of some of our sites. Our tech guys are on it. Hopefully it will all be solved soon. Stay tuned for updates.

Is it true you guys shut down the spanish site and didnt even give them time to copy their work??? if so that is just wrong.

We did close the Spanish version of Triond. However, everyone can still login via the English site, and – the content is still out there on the Spanish content sites (i.e autorneto.com, rimemos.com) available for copying.
The Spanish version users will continue to be paid as usual as well.
Essentially, the only thing we did eliminate is the option to submit Spanish content.
It would have been nice to give them a heads up before hand.
I have one my article pending for four days and one my article published today on cinemaroll but not appears there, and it gives a url not found error. Hope you guys fix this soon.

I got this article published http://trifter.com/asia-pacific/dubai/hot-pakistani-girls-travel-to-dubai/ on 26th Oct, but it still comes in pending list and don’t appear in published list. On the other hand I got this link http://www.cinemaroll.com/Cinemarolling/Top-Hidden-Subliminal-Messages-in-Disney-Films.1091685 in my published content , but it gives an error when I try to open it.
I’ve just integrated my Google adsense account but no Google ads are showing on my Triond articles.
Is there a delay before this happens? When will Google ads appear?
Is it true that users get paid for how many ad clicks per website instead on the views and likes?
I just wanna clear that up. Also, how exactly does the payment system work? I mean, I’ve got one article with 415 views and 32 likes that has earnt me $1.01, and one article with 151 views and 16 likes that has earnt me $1.88. How is this possible? Is it because the earnings are yet to be updated, or is there a glitch in the system?

ok i published 8 articles, i got 0.01 cents on 3 articles, but it still says 0.02 cents on the totel articles, do i have to wait for it to get updated or is it something wrong with the system?
and it says no payment histery.

Gruminder33 thats because you havnt had a payment paid into an account yet, once the November payment is out, you’ll have a history. Just to answer one of your 2 things^^
Brad, If you read the FAQs when you signed up, you’ll realise that it was recommended to Triond users, to save a copy of all of our work. Creating in Word then pasting onto Online Editor is a sensible way to publish your pieces. Not only does it give you much needed time to edit (edit some more) and produce your best articles *before* publishing, it also gives you a chance to save your work on your own computer.
In addition, leaving your articles to ‘brew’ at least for one night, gives you more insight and time to research. Providing your reader with information comes with a responsibility to research thoroughly. Hence whipping up something on Triond is not something many writers do. I’m sure the Spanish writers had copies of their work.

As usual, for the last few days I received a steady average of about 300 views on my articles. However, my payment has stayed the same for the past week. I should be at least hitting 10 dollars by now but I am still stuck at 8.28 dollars. I have not been payed for my views for a week. No, I am not a spanish writer. Please look into my account.

I have been trying to publish an article and tried to delete or resubmit it for reason that it awfully took too long for its publication. I hope we get answers soon.
@gurminder33 – Yes, please allow it time to update.
You will not see a “Payment History” until after you have received a monthly payment.
To see your article on Google, enter its title into the Google search engine.
@SJKIM1995 – The amount of earnings you receive for each piece of content published with always vary and never be the same as another. Earnings depend on a mixture of which types of ads are placed near your content and how many views they accumulate.
@Reylan – It is not advisable to resubmit content you have already submitted because it will be looked at as a duplicate.
Sometimes the publishing process can take longer than 24 hours on a weekend or holiday. Your content will be reviewed shortly.

1) We apologize for the delay. Content can take up to 24 hours to publish, but sometimes it can take longer on weekends and holidays. You should receive a notification email soon.
2) We entrust our users to handle the forum between themselves without us having to intervene. If there are severe cases of threatening harassment or spamming, you may report it to our support team with appropriate evidence and it will be investigated.
3) There are many parameters involved in the ‘Hot Content’ algorithm. Likes and comments are only a few of them. Freshness of the article, page views and some other factors are thrown into the algorithm, of which I can’t expose for obvious reasons. Hope this clears it up a bit.

My articles are news-related and it’s quite disheartening that it takes far too long for their publishing… This just happened lately. I don’t know what’s wrong with triond.

Estelle, thanks for the support… but up until this post, the article hasn’t been published yet. It was imperative for its publication by tomorrow so I just deleted it and sent it somewhere else where it will be published sooner. I just hope I don’t have to do the same thing again in my future articles.

I am certain that if given enough time to copy stuff then it is ok but while writing each person should just automatically do their work on Word or something of the type to ensure that they have a copy of His or her precious writings
