Triond has some glitches in their article title applications. For instance, TV becomes Tv, JFK becomes Jfk and for some reason the word "the" is always capitalized, no matter what you do in the Online Editor. For your article, I would simply drop the quotation marks in the title. Just make it College Application Example: Exercising the Body and Mind. The quotes could be a detriment in SEO.
